  • 14 days to return unworn, unused products in their original condition.
  • Custom Wigs: All custom wigs are made to order and are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
  • Wig Services: Customization services such as coloring, cutting, or other alterations are final and non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Klarna refunds will follow their policies (Klarna Refund Policy).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Contact us immediately with photos if your order is incorrect or damaged. We will provide a replacement or refund
