At Anais Beauty Co., we are committed to ensuring your products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.

By using our website or purchasing from Anaïs Beauty Co you agree to these terms.

Please review the following policies regarding shipping and returns:

Processing and Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
  • Custom Wig Orders can take up to 10-28 days and cannot be expedited.

  • Once processed, shipping takes 2-5business days.

Service Fulfillment Policy

At Anais Beauty Co., we are committed to delivering all custom services, including custom wig construction, coloring, and cutting, within 28 days of booking. In the rare case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly notify customers and provide updated timelines for service completion.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are refundable for 14 days after delivery, per our refund policy.

International Shipping

• We currently ship internationally. Delivery times and fees vary by region and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

At Anaïs Beauty Co., we strive to ensure your order arrives safely. However, once a package has been shipped and tracking details are provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries. Please review the steps below if you experience any issues with your shipment.

1. If Your Package is Marked as Delivered but Missing:

If your tracking number shows "Delivered," but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk to see if they accepted the delivery.
  • Wait 24-48 hours, as carriers may scan packages as "delivered" before actual arrival.
  • Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to open a case and request proof of delivery.

Once an order is marked as delivered, Anaïs Beauty Co. is not responsible for its whereabouts. Customers must work directly with the carrier to resolve missing package issues.

2. If Your Package is Lost in Transit (Not Marked as Delivered):

If your package has not been marked as delivered and appears stuck in transit:

  • Please email hello@anaisbeauty.co with your order number within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If the carrier approves the claim, we will offer store credit or a replacement (subject to stock availability).

• Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
