Your unit is created within 5–7 days after payment is received. Your install appointment is scheduled around your creation timeline.

No. The $50 deposit is non-refundable and is required to confirm your consultation slot . If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance.

A: It’s not required but it is strongly recommended for the best finish. You can choose to reconstruct without a new closure.

A: Raw hair is the highest quality tier — , collected from a single donor, higher density with the cuticles intact and aligned , blends best & has the most natural movement and longevity. Virgin hair is gently processed but may come from multiple donors still 100% human hair, easier to manage. It’s still a great quality option at a lower price point.
