Glueless Wig Fitting
A tailored session to ensure proper fit, framing, and styling.
This is not a traditional install, as no glue or adhesives are used. The unit is secured using glueless methods only.
A Glueless Wig Fitting includes:
- Professional braid down
- Wig cap application
- Secure glueless fitting
- Cutting and framing customized to your face shape
- Final styling of the unit
Glueless Wig Fittings are offered on a limited, availability-based basis and are primarily reserved for VIP clients, or by discussion.
Yes. We keep a selection of virgin hair on hand for custom units and select orders. Availability varies by length and texture. Please note that all orders are subject to a general processing period of 24–48 business hours before fulfillment begins.
No. Anaïs Beauty Co. does not operate a storefront. We are an online-based business offering shipping, local pickup, and drop-off by appointment only. (Brooklyn NY)
Turnaround, Shipping & Policies
All orders begin with a general processing period of 24–48 hours. Once processing is completed, orders will move into their respective timelines:
Virgin Hair Collection:
- General 24–48 hours processing, then shipped out or prepared for local pickup (Brooklyn,NY)
Maintenance Services (Refresh & Go, Lace Replacement, Reconstruction):
- 5–12 business days (Turnaround begins once the unit is received)
Custom Units (Signature Styles & Virgin Hair Custom) :
- 7–14 business days (Turnaround begins after processing and once the deposit and order details are confirmed)
Turnaround times are listed in business days and do not include shipping time.
Shipping Availability
- Anaïs Beauty Co. currently ships within the United States only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect carrier scans.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Confirm the delivery address provided at checkout
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
- Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers may mark packages delivered prior to arrival
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to request proof of delivery
Once an order is marked as delivered, Anaïs Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Email hello@anaisbeauty.co within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of:
- The shipping box
- Packaging materials
- The damaged item
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
If the carrier approves the damage claim, we may offer store credit or a replacement, subject to availability.
If Your Package Is Lost in Transit (Not Marked Delivered)
- Contact hello@anaisbeauty.co within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
- We will assist in filing a carrier claim
- If approved by the carrier, store credit or a replacement may be issued
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.
Anaïs Beauty Co. is not responsible for delays once packages are in the carrier’s possession.
Anaïs Beauty Co. offers local pickup and drop-off for select orders and services. Details are provided once an order is confirmed. (Brooklyn,NY)
Local Pickup
- Local pickup is available by appointment only.
- Pickup details (location, date, and time window) will be shared once general processing is completed. (24-48 hours)
- Same-day pickup is not guaranteed.
- Orders must be picked up within 3 business days of notification unless otherwise arranged.
- Unclaimed orders will be canceled & refunded
Unit Drop-Off (Services Only)
- Drop-off is available by appointment only.
- Drop-off is available for maintenance services only (Refresh & Go, Lace Replacement, Reconstruction).
- Units must be placed in a secure bag.
- Turnaround time for services begins once the unit is received.
Return & Refund Policy
At Anaïs Beauty Co., all products and services are thoughtfully curated and many are made to order. Due to the nature of our offerings, we have a strict return policy.
Please review carefully before purchasing.
Custom Orders & Services
- All custom units and custom services are final sale.
- This includes (but is not limited to): custom wigs, coloring, cutting, Refresh & Go, Lace Replacement, and Reconstructions.
- Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

We are happy to review your concerns and will do our best to offer a resolution where appropriate.
Hair Extensions (Virgin Hair Collection)
- Virgin hair bundles are final sale once opened, worn, altered, or used.
- Unused, unopened bundles may be eligible for store credit only if:
- The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- The hair is in its original condition with all packaging intact
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Cash refunds are not issued.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged:
- Contact hello@anaisbeauty.co within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or credits will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selections made by the customer
- Failure to review product descriptions or policies
- Carrier delays or delivery issues
- Improper care, installation, or maintenance after delivery

Our Raw Hair offerings represent the highest tier of Anaïs quality. Made with 100% raw hair, this option involves elevated sourcing, intentional design, and—when applicable—custom coloring for unmatched movement, longevity, and a naturally lived-in finish.Originally introduced in Fall 2025, our raw hair units have become Anaïs signatures and remain part of our permanent collection.
