Orders and Payments

Payments are processed securely. We accept Klarna, and by using Klarna, you agree to their terms (View Klarna's Terms). We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.

Shipping and Processing

  • Orders are processed in 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Custom Wig Orders can take up to 10-28 days and cannot be expedited.

  • Once processed, shipping takes 2-5 business days.

  • We're not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Service Fulfillment Policy

At Anais Beauty Co., we are committed to delivering all custom services, including custom wig construction, coloring, and cutting, within 28 days of booking. In the rare case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly notify customers and provide updated timelines for service completion.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 14 days for unworn, unused products.

    • Custom Wigs: All custom wigs are made to order and are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
    • Wig Services: Customization services such as coloring, cutting, or other alterations are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Use of Website

You agree to use our website lawfully. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for any damages beyond what's required by law.
