Welcome to Anaïs Beauty Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of our products, including raw and virgin hair extensions, custom units, and clip-ins. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Products

Anaïs Beauty Co. offers raw and virgin hair extensions, custom and ready-to-ship glueless wig units, and clip-ins. Availability, including raw hair extensions and clip-ins, may be limited to our monthly booking window due to sourcing schedules.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely. We accept Klarna, AfterPay, ShopPay as a Buy Now, Pay Later option — by choosing Klarna at checkout, you also agree to Klarna’s own terms of service. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Quality

Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery/pickup date for unworn, unused extensions 

Custom Products that are made to order and are final sale — due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on custom units. That said, we’re committed to working with customers to reach a fair resolution if an issue arises.
 
Extensions are eligible for exchange or return provided the hair remains in its original, unopened packaging and shows no signs of tampering or use. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a quality issue, please document it (photos/video where relevant) and notify us as soon as possible so we can find a solution.
 
To request an exchange, return, or to report a quality issue, please complete our Exchange/Return Form and include any relevant details or feedback.

4. Use of Website

You agree to use our website lawfully. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for violations of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials — including photos, product descriptions, branding, and design elements — is the property of Anaïs Beauty Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for any damages beyond what’s required by law, including any arising from allergic reactions, improper application, or use inconsistent with provided care instructions.
