Wig Services Turnaround Time

  • Wig Services (Maintenance & Reconstruction): 7-10 days
  • Premade Collection : Ships within 2-4 days
  • Classic Collection : Ships with in 7-10 days
  • Anaïs Custom Wigs: 3-4 weeks
  • Rush Order for Custom Wigs: 7-14 days  (Available for an additional $45 based on availability)

Shipping & Order Fulfillment

  • Virgin & Remy Extensions: Ships within 2-4 days (applies to orders with no additional services)
  • Raw Vietnamese Extensions ships with in 5-7 business days (applies to orders with no additional services)

Local Pickup

• Pickup is available by appointment once we receive your order.
