how it works

1. choose closure or frontal and check out.
2. we'll email you to schedule your hair drop-off or ship-in.
3. once we receive, we inspect your bundles. if anything isn't a fit, we'll reach out before any work begins.
4. once approved, your unit moves into production.

good to know

• bring your own bundles are available for full glueless units. flip overs and u-parts are offered exclusively with anaïs extensions.
• color on client-provided hair is offered in jet black. any other shade needs to be approved first, so please fill out the color consult form if you're interested in a custom color.
• bring your own bundles opens at the end of each month, after our raw booking window closes. spots are limited and it isn't guaranteed to open every month.
• no in-person visit required. drop off in nyc/tri-state, or ship it to us.
